Slim Down Sunday 16



Goal: To change my lifestyle and in doing so, lose weight and increase fitness.

Pounds lost: I don't know - I'm not weighing. I've now lost approx. 2 inches from my measurements since I started.

How it's gone this week: I didn't do an update last week and admit to considering giving up.  I haven't been 'good' at all but the only positive note here is that I don't seem to have put any weight back on.

Plan for this week: We have a manic week so the best I can hope for (seeing as I'm not feeling very motivated about this) is to try to make some sensible food choices.

  1. I know what you mean about motivation. I don't have much either. It'll return after the holidays. I'm just happy telling myself not to stress it because January will come fast enough.
