Weigh In Wednesday [28]

Another one pound loss this week, so a total of 31lbs in the 29 weeks since I started.  I am definitely feeling the benefits and people are noticing the change, so it gives me the incentive to carry on.
 
This week has been more of an effort.  Reducing the number of daily calories combined with some poor meal choices, meant that I felt hungry on some days and have generally felt a bit obsessed about food this week.  I think I'm probably in a bit of a rut with the meals I eat so have been searching the internet for some alternative choices; I've found a selection of 'new to me' recipes which I think will be more satisfying and am off to buy the ingredients later today. I'll let you know how I get on.

  2. Way to go! I can't wait until people can tell I have lost :) I love finding new recipes to try. In fact my husband is always saying I make something delicious then he never sees it again because I move on to something else...oops!

  3. Eileen -I so admire your perseverance through the plateau weeks. Am happy you are seeing results, especially benefits in how you feel. For the first time in my life, I have put on too much weight and I realize what a struggle this is for people who fight it throughout their lives. I am hoping to borrow some inspiration, patience and resolve from you.
