Friday
I met our new baby last night. It was a doorstep greeting and I haven't had a cuddle yet, but I've seen him and he is gorgeous.
It's a slight change of plan for today as the potential new gardener is coming to see me this morning instead of next week so I'll know today whether she'll take on the work. If not, I can move to the next name on the list a week earlier, but I am feeling positive.
Once she's gone the diary is empty and I don't have anything that must be done around the house so for the rest of the day I will be a lady of leisure!
I'll be back tomorrow, hopefully with good news about the garden.

ReplyDeleteI can give a thumbs up to both ... the baby is such a cutie - how can someone that small make your heart overflow with love? Meeting the new gardener went well and she has started working for me.
