Sometimes I think it...Good job with the pound gone! Sometimes I think it is okay to go over the calories for the day as long as it is not every day; confuses the body I think. If it gets used to a certain amount of food, it will hold on to that weight; if it is not sure what it is getting, it might release some of that weight. (I'm full of wonderful tips for dieting, but wouldn't you know, I still need to (again) lose 40-50 pounds; good at dieting when I diet; bad at maintaining).
