Weigh In Wednesday [13]
No change this week which I'm rather relieved about, as the week included a burger night with friends (eating double the daily amount of calories!), chocolate biscuits and cake. I honestly expected to have put weight back on.
I will be good this week as I want to get down to the next clothes size so that I can go shopping for a new summer wardrobe before my holiday in May.

So you have a goal and you have a time period - now kill it :) At least you maintained and did not gain!
