Weigh In Wednesday [29]

I thought I'd done reasonably well this week but have managed to gain one pound.  Not disastrous, just frustrating, so will have to try a bit harder!

    So frustrating when the scale doesn't reflect our hard work... just keep going, I promise the scale will catch up eventually!
