Wednesday
I don't really have much to say for myself today so this will be a very short post. I'm looking forward to another quiet day, spent indoors as the weather is dire. I think it'll be a pottering, doing whatever grabs my attention sort of morning and this afternoon I'm 'going' to a Zoom Italian cookery demo which, as well as the cooking will also focus on useful Italian words and phrases to do with foods. I'll also watch the US Presidential Inauguration though I may miss the start if the cooking demo runs over.
Have a fab cooking demo and enjoy your lovely, quiet day.

It wasn't quite what I was expecting but still enjoyable.
DeleteI see cooking in an Italian as fun, but in the end, eating Italian is so much more fun. Our news will be nothing but the change of power in uS of A - let's hope it goes smoothly on all sides. It is a most dangerous time.
ReplyDeleteTwo recipes were shown and I'll have a go at both of them when I can get hold of the ingredients. As you say, eating Italian is much more fun!
DeleteHi Eileen,
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a peaceful day with the activities you have already planned.
One of my distractions is watching 24 kitchen on TV. Relax me;)) !!
Hugs and a great day.
Ailime
I have had a great day but much busier than I had planned.
DeleteI like watching cooking shows too.
I hope you enjoyed watching the Italian cooking demonstration. I watch a couple of cooking shows on TV that feature Italian food, but, as Mary-Lou said, eating Italian is more fun! :D Were you able to watch the inauguration?
ReplyDeleteThe demo started later than I thought so I missed the first hour of the UK programme. I started watching just before Lady Gaga sang.
DeleteItalian cooking videos sound like fun.
ReplyDeleteI watched the inauguration. I feel better now :)
I think the whole world is breathing a sigh of relief!
