Photo Scavenger Hunt - November 2011

By the skin of my teeth, here's my set of pics for the November scavenger hunt.  I've been really busy with Christmas concerts in all of my schools and haven't had much time to take photos so I've resorted to cheating on a couple and taking pictures from my archives.

Many thanks to Kathy at Postcards from the PP for the fantastic job she does in organising the hunt.

something I made
Joseph's technicoloured dreamcoat

comfort food
munching on biscuits does it for me!

lucky charm
this is the 'charm' on Ced's keyring - it's the hammer
action from an antique percussion pistol

memorial
the war memorial at Westbury

polka dots
on a greetings card in my stash

poppy
on the railing at the Westbury war
memorial

self portrait
cheating, I know!

silhouette
not a true silhouette but the best I
could do.  I really struggled with
this one.

something purple
don't you just love it when you're
forced to buy sweets to complete
the challenge!

something that lights up
from the archives, one of the
carnival floats

staircase
a fire exit to one of the buildings
in Westbury

warmth
the thermostat which controls our
central heating

  1. Your technicoloured dreamcoat is amazing!

I had to laugh at you having to buy sweets for the purple one. But did you really need to get three? That's dedication. ;)
