Weigh In Wednesday [13]

No change this week which I'm rather relieved about, as the week included a burger night with friends (eating double the daily amount of calories!), chocolate biscuits and cake.  I honestly expected to have put weight back on.

I will be good this week as I want to get down to the next clothes size so that I can go shopping for a new summer wardrobe before my holiday in May.

  1. I hope this week goes well for you. Staying the same is def better than a gain. Stay focused, you can do it!

  2. Good luck staying on track this week! We all have off weeks, but no gain is awesome!

  3. So you have a goal and you have a time period - now kill it :) At least you maintained and did not gain!
