I was reluctant to step on the scales after a week long holiday enjoying myself and eating all the wrong, fattening things. I got a rather pleasant surprise when I did weigh myself - I've put on some weight (which I was expecting) but only a 2 lbs. gain (which I wasn't expecting)! Now that I'm home and back in my routine it won't take long to lose that small gain.
