Advent Calendar Day 16 | Carols


A photo from my hymn book rather than the arrangement we play in the youth band. I can remember learning to sing this carol when I was very young and it's always been a favourite.

      I love hearing the KS1 children singing it. I suppose you've taught this to loads of littlies during your teaching career.

      I think it's probably the first carol that everyone learns as a child.

    I don't think there is any Christmas carols that I don't like. This Christmas story song gets sung every year at church as we lay the baby Jesus in the manager ... I'm sure it would be even more special if we had children in the choir.
