Slim Down Sunday 4
Goal: To change my lifestyle and in doing so, lose weight and increase fitness.
Pounds lost: I don't know - I'm not weighing myself but the tape measure shows a slight reduction in size.
How it's gone this week: I haven't felt too well all week so I've not really made much of an effort - nothing to do with the change in eating habit but related to an ongoing health problem. I'm sticking to smaller meal portions but the lack of exercise is still an issue. We have had more fresh vegetables and fruit and I've cut out the between meal snacks.
Plan for this week: Try to maintain a sensible balance between calories in and calories out and get more exercise/be more active.
