June Scavenger Hunt
It's the last day of June so it's time to share my photos for Hawthorn Spellweaver's Photo Scavenger Hunt. I had fun finding all the photos this time.
stone part of a stone wall |
view taken during a lunch stop on the drive over to Blacklands |
sky the first blue sky for days |
trees a line of trees on the far side of a field full of buttercups |
water the River Wylye, which flows through the garden at Jobs Mill |
dwelling abandoned, but a great subject for photos with all the iron wheels left outside |
garden not mine sadly, but showing lots of promise for a colourful display |
gate one of the many field gates passed through on a local walk |
leaf new growth taking root on an old tree |
my own choice enjoying the golden flowers |
Thanks to Hawthorn and her eldest son for the list. I'm looking forward to the next one!
Lovely photos. Love the garden and the dwelling

What a great set of photos. I like the angle of the water one. That dwelling could be described as ideal for the DIY enthusiast!
ReplyDeleteFantastic collection. I like the water photo & dwelling photo.
ReplyDeleteVery nicely done! I like the water one too and the one with the trees. So very pretty in the area where you live.

Great to see your interpretation of Hawthorn's words; I particularly like the old, abandoned building. it just needs TLC t bring it back to life.
ReplyDeleteThe picture of the River Wylye is beautiful. I too love the old abandoned 'dwelling'. What stories it could tell if only it could talk!
ReplyDeleteLovely lovely! - my favourite has to be dwelling - thank you for joining in :)
ReplyDeleteAnother lovely lot of photos. We really are being spoilt for beauty with these scavenger hunts. If I have to pick a favourite it would be the dwelling, though they are all great & look forward to seeing next months already. Take care.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! Every one!
ReplyDeleteLovely, lovely photos the blue sky one is stunning.
ReplyDeleteReally loved your photos, particularly the gorgeous view of a perfectly shaped copse and the patchwork of fields - there's a similar view not far from where I live and it's really striking. Have to agree with others though that my favourite is the bijou dwelling - a lovely little spot. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteThat Dwelling one of the Abandoned yet Scenic Stone Cottage took my breath away! Blessings from the Arizona Desert... Dawn... The Bohemian
