Kitchen - Day 4

The ceiling had a second coat of paint and they've made a start on the other side of the kitchen. They've reached the stage where all of the other units are assembled in the main bedroom and will started being moved and installed in the kitchen tomorrow.

This is the old sink unit, which will be removed tomorrow and stored in the garage until my friend's son can collect it. The new one will be installed in roughly the same place tomorrow.

They can't install the dishwasher until after the electrician comes back on Monday as he needs to move one of the new sockets before it can be connected. I think one of them plans to be here on Monday to help the electrician with moving and installing the appliances, so by the end of Monday I should have a working kitchen that's not quite finished! Exciting!
