274/365: Fuchsia

The fuchsia is still producing lots of striking flowers.  There is colour in the garden from the euonymus, leucothoe zeblid and pieris with their red leaves and also the cornus with its bright red stems but the fuchsia is the only plant which is actually flowering.  Any suggestions for a small - medium sized perennial which blooms at this time of the year?

  1. Michaelmas daisies are in flower, and Japanese anemones are still, just, flowering and I have a magnificent display of yellow cone flowers still very bright.
