I've awarded myself a gold star! My first target was to lose one stone and today, with a huge loss this week of four and a half pounds, I've lost a total of one stone and one pound. To say that I am over the moon about my progress so far would be an understatement - I'm ecstatic!
So on to achieving my next target which is to lose another stone.
