I'm feeling much better today. In fact I was well enough to do all my lessons yesterday afternoon, but ended up feeling completely drained. After an early night I'm fighting fit again.
Maybe not fit enough to use the step board you can see in the photo though. It's set up in the spare bedroom and my plan is to use it as a means of completing a second block of exercise on most days, maybe for ten minutes at a time. I managed five minutes today before my legs had had enough and I had to admit defeat!
