I've lost another 4lbs making a total of 25lbs lost to date. The best thing is that I've gone down through another stone barrier so psychologically it seems like I've lost more, if you understand what I mean.
The only change this time was to make sure I was drinking enough water. I'm trying to get to the recommended 8 glasses a day, but I'll have to work up to it. At present, I can comfortably drink 5 or 6 glasses in addition to the various mugs of coffee I have throughout the day. The challenge this week will be to see if I can still manage that amount when I'm back working in the schools.
