Another one pound loss this week, so a total of 31lbs in the 29 weeks since I started. I am definitely feeling the benefits and people are noticing the change, so it gives me the incentive to carry on.
This week has been more of an effort. Reducing the number of daily calories combined with some poor meal choices, meant that I felt hungry on some days and have generally felt a bit obsessed about food this week. I think I'm probably in a bit of a rut with the meals I eat so have been searching the internet for some alternative choices; I've found a selection of 'new to me' recipes which I think will be more satisfying and am off to buy the ingredients later today. I'll let you know how I get on.
