Weigh In Wednesday [2]

I've just weighed myself and am delighted to report that I have lost 1 pound (total of 3 pounds from starting).  Now I know that a small weight loss like this could be down to my body's normal fluctuations from day to day but I'm going with a definite weight loss! I'm even more pleased because it was over the Christmas period and, although I didn't overindulge, I did have my fair share of edible treats which, added to the fact that I was unable to exercise at all because of my fall on Boxing Day, makes me a very happy bunny!
Although I'm certain that I am eating healthily and the correct amounts to ensure weight loss, I'm going to keep a food diary.  This has been prompted by watching 'Secret Eaters' last night and it made me wonder if I am truly aware of all the food and drink that passes my lips.  Did anyone else watch it?
I'm still waiting for the results of the hospital tests so the 5/2 diet will have to wait.  In the meantime I am watching portion control, drinking plenty and being more active.

  1. Congratulations on another loss, making a good start is always helpful to motivate further loss. I think a food diary is a great idea. I have started today, so we'll see how I do next wednesday.

  2. Well done, especially over Christmas! I need to lose about half a stone this year .... so I'll be starting soon too.
