This post really carries on from my 5 in 5 post; a good look around the garden this morning showed me that some of my plants haven't made it through the winter but thankfully the three that are special to me are all looking good.
The spirea needs pruning and shaping but it is covered in new leaves.
The leucothoe is one of the first plants I bought for this garden and is looking good with its strong winter colour.
And finally, the euonymus ... I'd be devastated if I lost this one but it has made it through the winter and is covered in buds.
Loved to see the new bud, especially on the last one!

The new buds are certainly cheering..and that's just what we need here on the afternoon of what has been a very grey day
ReplyDeleteHi Eileen, how are you ? I love these new leaves of spring and the sapling. Beautiful colors and a great participation. Thank you for visiting me. Hugs.

April is here and I'm excited about it. Best of luck to us both on meeting our goals of posting and hopping to other blogs.
My blog has a giveaway. There's a bonus a to z challenge each day to encourage people to visit more stops.
