    1. No it's not a duvet cover. It one of my teaching aids - a giant cloth music stave with velcro notes and musical symbols.

    1. A quaver is a type of note, the duration (i.e. how long it sounds for in relation to the other note types) is half a beat. In the US it is called an eighth note.
