Thank you all for your kind comments yesterday. I'm up and about today but feeling extremely drained and fragile, so I have a few days of taking it easy ahead of me.

I'm very glad you are still taking it easy although, obviopusly, not glad that you have to. It's very hot today so stay as cool as you can and let things get back into focus again. xx
Thanks Joy. I stayed inside and have slept for most of the day but am feeling much better now. Another quiet day tomorrow should see me back to normal.
