Holiday Day 5

I'm worn out! It was late to bed last night as I joined the evening entertainment, which was to solve a murder mystery through puzzles. It was good fun but none of the teams got all four answers correct! 

We've been to Chatsworth House today with a quick stop at Bakewell on the way. It's stayed dry all day but has been cloudy and at times a bit chilly.

I didn't venture into the town. We were dropped off near this bridge which is covered in padlocks, so I spent the short time we had trying to photograph the ducks and the bridge.

I looked around the house using one of the audio tours and spent a pleasant half hour mid tour listening to the pianist - Chopin, Debussy and Beethoven played in beautiful surrounding was bliss!

Tonight is the HF quiz, an inter house quiz between all the UK HF hotels. Apparently it is very competitive!
