Curves and SPSH
Blogger doesn't seem to like me! It took ages to load these photos and in the end had to use images from my phone rather than the proper ones from my camera.
These are a selection of the images for my May mini photo challenge - Curves ...
... and these are the first two for the SPSH, although I will need to use the proper ones from the camera as the focus isn't right on these.
No 17 | something naturally round, coriander seeds
No 2 | something with or in a knot, the elastic on my face mask
The curves are particularly lovely, I think.

DeleteGreat photos! Good start to SPSH. I like your curves, forks photo. Blogger apparently made changes to their site - no notice to their users though! I'll say no more. I had a weekend up catch up of your posts. It looks like in spite of the lock down you had a good May. Cheers to June & maybe some adventures that can be taken close to home.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mary-Lou. I think the camera photos are better but I can't get them to load, so never mind!
DeleteYes, I think that considering how strange life is at present, May turned out to be a good month. I'm looking forward to June and maybe some cautious excursions.
Very creative photo's.

DeleteI've become so used to daily published government charts about coronovirus I was expecting some kind of graph when I read the title! Some lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteBlogger is odd at present while they change it about a bit. Annoying!
(P.S.What does SPSH stand for?)
ReplyDeleteThanks Lucy. SPSH is the Summer Photo Scavenger Hunt which is organised by Patio Postcards. If you follow the link in this post you'll find all the details about the hunt and you are quite welcome to join in. There's also a winter hunt which I organise.
DeleteAh! Sorry I didn't notice that it was a link. That looks like a fun challenge. Maybe I'll join in with the winter one because I'm already taking part in the 30 Days Wild challenge for June which involves doing something to do with wild nature every day in June. (Not entirely straightforward without ever leaving home!)
DeleteIt started today and goes on until the end of September and the winter one runs from December to March. Look forward to seeing your photos if you do decide to join us.
DeleteYour Curves pics are fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThanks Carole x
DeleteThose are great finds! I especially liked the stem glasses for the curves photos! I am hoping to post mine, today, but, they are not nearly as artistic as yours!
ReplyDeleteI have received notifications on my blogger account that they are switching to a new format in late June. I have the option of trying it and then, switching back for now. Maybe I should try it and see if I can iron out any issues prior to the final switch!
Thanks Bless. I look forward to seeing yours tomorrow. I hope you have better luck than me when you load your photos. Good luck with the new blogger format.
DeleteAll the photos are beautiful, but I particularly like the patterns on the glass perfume bottle and the angle from which you've taken it. Arilx
ReplyDeleteThanks Aril. It's a piece of Isle of Wight glass and it's beautiful.
DeleteAll beautiful photos and clever ideas. Can't believe they're from your phone! Hope we get to see the "proper" ones soon.
ReplyDeleteThank you. Unfortunately the camera ones still won't load. They are the same file size as I've always used but Blogger won't play nicely for some reason. I have had this in the past and it's eventually corrected itself so presumably that will happen this time as well. Watch this space!
