The challenge is to take photos on the set theme; the photos must be taken during the month (no archive photos), a minimum of five photos but no upper limit, and there will be a new theme every month. The theme for June is 'beginning with D' and I'll post a linky at the end of the month  Have fun!

Thanks to everyone who has taken part in the May challenge. Here's the linky  .... please link to your challenge post, not just to your blog.

    1. Thank you. It took ages to get the pencils in the correct place in that first photo and they're still not perfectly aligned! Of course, as soon as I posted the photo I thought of what I should have done so I will repeat it at some stage and next time I will dust first!!

    2. Beautiful photos! I love the ladybirds. Yesterday I went to one of my uncle's plot and there were a lot of them on a plant, I had to take a photo :)

    3. Thanks Irune. I too love ladybirds and these are all that I have left from quite a big collection which I gave away some years ago ... I don't know how these three were left behind. I bet your photo looks good.

  2. Lovely pics. I too love the top one. And also the light. Will do my best to post mine tomorrow. I actually have no idea what I've got to offer but I know I do have a few.

    1. Thank you. I'm looking forward to seeing your choices ... you only need 5 and if they're up to your usual standard, they'll be great.

    2. Haha oh I'd be surprised if I didn't have 5! I really hoped to get a red Springer Spaniel today, but I didn't see her. Boo. I have s feeling you're in for loads of plants and birds, but who knows what's on that card...

BTW, I was outside all day yesterday and today, without a coat. Or a cardigan!

    3. Plants and birds ... sounds perfect.

Me too, no need to wrap up in lots of layers before I go out ... it's brilliant 😀😀

    1. Thanks Eileen. I'm glad I persevered with it as most people seem to like that one x

  4. You must think me very rude posting my pictures and not commenting on yours. There are reasons! I can’t comment for some reason on my iPad and was in a hurry to get out to the bank!
I’m back now and yours are great! Some great bright reds and all well photographed. I haven’t seen one of those postal vans with that logo!

    1. I'll forgive you, Maggie, and thanks for your comment. I can't comment from my phone so I know the problem. I was thrilled to see you back online and taking part in the challenge. That's the only post van like like I've seen locally. Usually my postie drives the more familiar red van but every now and then he turns up in this one ... maybe they take turns!

    1. It's all very informal. To take part you just need to take your photos on the theme for the month and post them on your own blog at the end of the month, then add your name to the linky on my blog. The photos must be taken by yourself during the month, so archived photos aren't permitted, and you can take as many photos as you like but need a minimum of five. The theme for June is 'beginning with D' so anything with a name or description beginning with the letter D fits the theme. I look forward to seeing your photos.
