Today, day two of my weekend, is all about retail therapy (this morning) and decluttering (this afternoon.
I have a few orders to place online for replacement household items (tea towels, floor mop, and frying pan), a couple of gifts for friends (they read this blog so I can't say!), and a selection of treats to help brighten the winter days ahead (jigsaws, puzzle packs, books, photo printing paper). I still haven't bought the winter woolies I was looking for a few days ago so I'll also be looking for those.
The decluttering is more an admin task rather than sorting out anything else to dispose of. I will try to book a recycling yard slot, and a donation slot with one of the charity shops. The final thing is to re-send the photos of items I want to sell at auction. I haven't heard from the auction house so will send the email again and follow up with a phone call on Monday. I'd love to get all of those items out of the house as soon as possible ... I'm ready for it to be finished!
In between that I'll do my Italian practice but most of the spare time will be spent curled up with a book and sometime during the day I want to catch up with the Alfie Boe concert, The Shows Must Go On's offering for this week.
