The challenge for September was 'Beginning with K'. Here's my selection for the month, in random order as Blogger won't play nicely and I can't rearrange the photos!

The challenge is to take photos on the set theme; the photos must be taken during the month (no archive photos), a minimum of five photos but there's no upper limit, and there will be a new theme every month. The theme for October is 'autumn colours' ... this doesn't need to be restricted to the colour changes in nature, you can photograph anything you like provided the main subject of the image shows one or more of the colours linked with the autumn season. I'll post a linky at the end of the month. Have fun!
Thanks to everyone who has taken part in the September challenge. Here's the linky ... please link to your challenge post, not just to your blog.
There must be something going around as I have just had a real job to post my finds in a somewhat a sensible order. Certain photos kept disappearing from the post and then after I had re-uploaded them, the original copies suddenly reappeared! And my internet it giving me grief today too.
ReplyDeleteOn to the res: You pics are super. My favourites are the kiwis and the Kettle chips. I am very fed up that I didn't think of keyboards (either type!) and L is going to be narked when I tell her about keystone, because she mentioned it, and we agreed to look out for one, but in the end neither of us remembered to photograph one!! I shall have to look through our walk pics and see if either of us inadvertently did. We did spent some time photographing the play of light off the canal at one bridge, so it is possible ... that was the day I forgot my camera. (Each as senile as the other!!)
(PS. It may amuse you to learn that by noon today I had had a message from L eagerly asking for the new theme!)
Thanks Lady Ella. I don't know what's happening with Blogger and am seriously considering changing to WordPress!
DeleteL asking for the new theme cheered me up and I hope she continues to join in when she goes home.
I had intended to pile the Kettle crisps against the packet but kept putting off taking the photo and by the time I got my act together there weren't enough unbroken crisps left. I'm glad you like it anyway!
Some great photos there, I like the K keyring it's very sparkly.
ReplyDeleteThanks Eileen. The keyring is very pretty. That one has gone off to my niece but I still have 2 x E if you'd like one of them?
DeleteOh my goodness, are you sure, I'd love one of your E keyrings, thank you.
DeleteYes, I'm sure! Can let me know your address please and I will be able to post it to you? My email address is in my profile.
DeleteYou have taken great photos! All those wonderful chocolates and cakes! My favorite has to be the knitting needles - I was especially excited to see the ones with the red tops - my first pair of knitting needles have that same red top (I still have them - sizes 10 and 12). :)
ReplyDeleteI'm off to look for "autumn colors"!
Thanks Bless. I didn't get to eat many of the cakes or chocolates though ... my friends were looking out for me and finished them all off!
DeleteThe knitting needles were borrowed from my sister and I think includes all of our Mum's as well ... she had some of the ones with the red tops if I remember correctly.
Good luck with the autumn colours theme.
Who knew that there were so many treats that begin with K. You had fun with this challenge :)
ReplyDeleteThere's even more treats than I photographed and I didn't even start on the cereals! I did have fun although my friends ate the goodies for me 😂
DeleteIt is always such a treat to see what shots you have managed to snap each month.
ReplyDeleteThanks Susanne, glad to hear you enjoy the photos. Can I persuade you to join us this month, maybe?
