- twice a week - 2 x 10 reps of each of three exercises: Achieved
I'm glad all went well with the transport to hospital and a good outcome from your appointment. It's definitely feeling autumnal now but it's a good season and you are so going to enjoy your new oodie when it arrives xx
ReplyDeleteThe transport certainly made the day so much easier and I will use them again for my next appointment at the Eye Clinic. The news was so much better than I was expecting!
DeleteI like autumn and am looking forward to my daily walks and crunching through the leaves, and when it's cold enough I will have my new oodie to snuggle in when I get home!
Autumn is here, your panda oodie looks fun. I bought 2 fleecy hoodies from M & S for the winter but am holding off so far. I already have one other, so going by what my Mum used to say. "One on, one in the wash and one airing", so that's me sorted. Helen S.
ReplyDeleteMy second hoodie/oodie may be a Winnie the Pooh one! I'm saving them for when it gets colder though. Good advice from your Mum ... I may have to look for a third one, especially as I don't want to use the tumble drier with the rising costs of the electricity.
DeleteAnother very good week with many things to be cheerful about and grateful for. I'm glad the ride to and from the hospital worked out well and you will be getting the care you need for your eyes. Hope your sister is doing well.
ReplyDeleteThanks for asking Bless. She's having various test and procedures but won't be seeing the consultant for another five weeks, although I suppose they will act sooner if any of the tests identifies the problem.
DeleteLots of reasons to be cheerful. Hope this coming week is good for you.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sharon. This whole month looks very promising ... I'm looking forward to everything that's planned.
